2018 Morning Routine
Note, this started off as a personal morning routine. I decided to document it for the sake of posterity and being able to look back upon it someday.
-Wake up around 6/7.
Ideally as early as possible while still sleeping 8 hours.
-Don’t snooze
-Shower, Shave, Etc.
-Make your bed: not perfectly, but enough that you can say its made. Bonus perk you’ll be less likely to go back to bed.
-Work if the mood prevails (sometimes I’m in a creative zone before breakfast)
-Make breakfast + tea
-Start the day
*You’ll note that there is no dedicated time to workout, I try to incorporate push-ups, dips, pull-ups into my day sporadically.
